Chairman
For over five decades, Keshub Mahindra has enabled Mahindra and its people to rise. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 1947 and became Chairman in 1963. He continues to be involved with the day-to-day activities of the company today and has literally been the backbone of the company.

Anand Mahindra
Vice Chairman
Anand Mahindra started off at Mahindra in 1981 when he joined Mahindra Ugine Steel Co (MUSCO), a major producer of speciality steels, as Executive Assistant to the Finance Director. In 1989, he was appointed President and Deputy Managing Director of the company.

Hemant Luthra
President Systech
Hemant joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2001 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and became President of the Components sector, known internally as Systech, in 2004. Hemant has built Systech through a combination of organic growth and selective acquisitions to obtain access to customers, technology and management.

Mr. Daljit Mirchandani was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 27th October, 2010. Mr. Daljit Mirchandani, born in Karachi on October 26th 1947, is a Graduate Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology.

Mr. Nikhilesh Panchal holds masters degree in law and is practicing as an Advocate for more than 15 years. He is a Solicitor registered as Patent and Trademark Attorney. He is member of Bar Association of Maharashtra & Goa, Incorporated Law Society and the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Mr. Krishnan is an Honours graduate in Mathematics from University of Delhi and has also done his GPMD course from Michigan Business School. Mr. R. R. Krishnan was with Mahindra Group for around 47 years and has held several senior positions during his stint with Mahindra Group.

Mr. Manoj Maheshwari is 53 years of age and is a second-generation entrepreneur with interests in the Information Technology, Marketing and Chemical industries. He is a graduate from the Bombay University with a major in Chemistry and has done his post graduation in Industrial Management. Mr. Maheshwari’ s work experience encompasses the project management, production, marketing, financial and general management areas of medium sized companies.

Harsh Kumar
Director
Mr. Kumar is the Managing Director of two of the group companies viz: Mahindra Intertrade Ltd (MIL) and Mahindra Steel Service Centre Ltd (MSSCL). MIL’s primary focus is in the area of processing and trading of steel, with operations in India as well as abroad, and operates in businesses as diversified as metals and ferro alloys to non destructive testing and medical diagnostics. MSSCL’s focus is in the steel processing space.

As a partner of the firm, he has conducted audits of a number of large Corporates/Institutions such as R.B.I., L.I.C., N.T.P.C., Indian Oil, U.T.I., Banks etc.
